Help for parents and students
Your tutor uses Tutello to share your schedule with you, and invoices with whoever pays. This is how your portal works.
For parents
- Accept your tutor's inviteOpen the link your tutor sent, sign in, accept, and your portal opens with your child's schedule and billing.
- Sign in to your portalSign in on tutello.ae/login with Google, an email link or a password, using the email you accepted your invite with.
- Accept the portal termsWhy your portal asks you to accept its terms, and what you agree to in plain words.
- See the next session and the scheduleFind your child's next session, every session before and after it, and save a session to your phone's calendar.
- Understand your balanceWhat Balance due, Left to pay on invoices and Not invoiced yet mean, and how they add up.
- Open, download or print an invoiceOpen any invoice your tutor issued, see what's paid and what's left, and save it as a PDF.
- How paying your tutor worksYou pay your tutor directly, the way you agreed; they record each payment, and your balance updates.
- Read your child's report cardOpen a report card from your tutor, switch its labels to Arabic, and keep it as a PDF or a picture.
- When another tutor wants to add youAccept or decline when a tutor who has your mobile number asks, in your portal, to add you as a parent.
- Switch between tutorsWith two or more tutors on Tutello, see them all together or one at a time, and their money never mixes.
- Your profile, name and dark modeChange the name your tutors see and choose light or dark; your email and mobile stay as they are.
- One account for your mobile numberYour mobile number holds one Tutello account, and you use that same account for every tutor.
For students
- What you see as a studentYour own sessions and the notes your tutor shares with you, on your phone or computer.
- Read your report cardsYour tutor's report cards about you, in your own portal, with your topics, your progress and the sessions of each month.
- If you pay for your own sessionsWhen you pay your tutor yourself, your portal shows your own balance, invoices and payments, and nobody else's.
- If you can't sign inStart from your tutor's invite link with the email they invited, or ask them to send the invite again.
