Switch between tutors

With two or more tutors on Tutello, see them all together or one at a time, and their money never mixes.

Where to find it

On a phone: Tap the name in your portal's header, then choose in Switch tutor
On a computer: Press the name in your portal's header

It's there only when you have two or more tutors on Tutello.

Steps

Tap the name in your portal's header. It reads All tutors or the tutor you chose.
On a phone, Switch tutor opens. On a computer, a list opens.
Choose a tutor.
Home, Schedule, Billing and Report cards show only that tutor.
Choose All tutors to see everyone again.
Each tutor has a section under their own name.

Good to know

Money is never added up across tutors. Each tutor has their own balance, invoices and payments, in their own currency.
Your choice stays on this phone or computer until you change it.
Your tutors never see each other, or anything another tutor records about you.
With one tutor chosen, Billing shows when you're a parent there, or pay for your own sessions there.

If something's not right

A tutor isn't in the list.

You haven't accepted their invite yet, or it went to another email. Look under Pending invites on Home, or open the link they sent.
