Start here: your first week with Tutello

Steps

1. Create your account and go through the short set-up: your business, currency, timezone and hourly rate.

2. Add your first family with its children.

3. Add each child's session for this week and switch on Repeat weekly, so the next four weeks fill in.

4. Invite the parents, so they can see the schedule and what they owe in their portal.

5. After each session, mark it from Today on your dashboard.

6. At the end of the month, invoice each family for the sessions that happened.

7. Send the invoice on WhatsApp or by email.

8. When the money arrives, record the payment.

9. Read your dashboard to see what you've earned and who still has to pay.
