Charge your own price for one session

Type a total for one session, for example a rounded price, and it's charged instead of the calculated amount.

Where to find it

Calendar, then the session, then Total

Total is on a new session too.

Open the session, or start a new one.
In Total, type the amount you want to charge.
A Custom tag shows beside Total, and a button under it puts the calculated amount back.
Press Save changes, or Add session for a new one.

Sara's Physics session is 1 h 30 min at AED 220 an hour. You agree a round AED 300 with her family:

The session counts as AED 300 in Earned and To invoice, and goes on its invoice for AED 300.

On the invoice, the session's rate reads Custom total and its amount is your AED 300.

Your total is charged whatever the session becomes: completed, a late cancellation or a no-show.
Cancelling the session clears it, because a cancelled session isn't charged.
With Repeat weekly, the total applies to the first session only. Later weeks use the calculated amount.
Reset to AED 330 puts the calculated amount back.
To charge a different rate for every session of a student, give them their own hourly rate instead.

The session is on an invoice, so its total is locked. Cancel the invoice, change the total, then invoice the session again.

Press Reopen on the session first, then type the total and mark it again.
