Switch between tutor and parent
If your own child has a tutor on Tutello, your tutoring and your parent portal live in one account.

Where to find it
- On a phone
- Parent portal, next to your initials
- On a computer
- Parent portal, under your name in the sidebar
Steps
Ask your child's tutor to invite the email you sign in to Tutello with.
Open the invite while you're signed in, and accept it.
A Parent portal button appears in your app.
Press Parent portal to see your child's schedule and invoices from that tutor.
Press Back to tutor app to return to your dashboard.
Good to know
- It's one account with one sign-in. Your families never see your parent portal, and your child's tutor never sees your business.
- Your name is the same on both sides. Change it in Settings and the portal follows.
- One password covers both sides, and dark mode stays the same as you switch on one device.
- If you joined Tutello as a parent first, that email opens your portal. Create your tutor account with another email, or write to support@tutello.ae.
If something's not right
Parent portal doesn't show.
The invite hasn't been accepted yet, or it was accepted with another email. Ask the tutor to invite the email you sign in with.
