When your trial ends
Your account turns read-only: nothing is lost, families keep their portal, and you can still download everything.

Steps
When the trial ends, a banner on every page says so. Press See plans.
Settings opens on Billing.
Choose a plan and pay.
Once the payment goes through, you can add and edit again. Everything is where you left it.
Good to know
- Read-only means you can open everything but add or change nothing: no new sessions, invoices or payments, and no edits.
- Nothing is deleted. Your families, sessions, invoices and payments wait for you.
- Download all your data keeps working, whatever your plan.
- Weekly sessions stop being added, and automatic invoices stop, until you choose a plan.
- Parents and students can still open their portal and see what's there.
- A cancelled subscription works the same way: read-only until you choose a plan again.
If something's not right
"Your free trial has ended. Choose a plan to add or edit anything. You can still view everything."
Press See plans and choose a plan. See Your free trial and plans.
"Your last payment failed. Update your card to keep full access."
You can keep working: your account isn't read-only. Press Update card, then Manage billing, and add a new card.
